Brewshare Privacy Policy

Brewshare is a community app for sharing coffee photos and recipes. This page explains what information the app collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Photos and recipes you submit — including any title, description, or ingredient details you enter.
• Votes and favorites — which photos or recipes you've upvoted, downvoted, or favorited.
• Location, only if you choose to share it — Brewshare never accesses your location unless you explicitly turn on "Share Location" when submitting a photo or recipe. It is off by default.
• Your iCloud account identity — used to associate your submissions and votes with you, and to determine what you're allowed to edit or delete.

How it's stored

Brewshare stores all data in Apple's CloudKit, tied to your iCloud account. We do not run our own servers, and we do not have a separate account system outside of Apple's.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.

Your content, your control

You can delete any photo or recipe you submitted at any time from within the app. Deleting your submission removes it from Brewshare's shared database.
